	The next morning began with an introduction to the Métro as we made our way to the Notre Dame Cathedral. After snow flurries landed on our shoulders during Patrick's orientation, I was tempted to warm up near all the votive candles inside! After touring the cathedral's beautiful interior, our group had a lunch of delicious crêpes. Some of us then made our way Monoprix. Similar to Target, Monoprix soon became my go-to solution for a variety of purchases during my trip, including hotel-room snacks and warm wool leggings! I should mention that while Rick Steves' tours make a point of not being heavy on shopping, there's always time to be used at your own discretion... and my discretion was shopping. (It's Paris. I'm female. What did you expect?)
